This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics.
Your cart
Your cart lives in your own browser, in session storage. It is sent to DuraBasket only when you press Checkout. When you close the tab, the browser clears it.
Checkout
When you check out, Stripe collects your name, email, phone number, shipping address, and payment details on Stripe’s page. Stripe’s privacy policy covers what it does with them.
DuraBasket never sees your card. It receives your name, email, phone number, shipping address, and what you ordered.
Shipping
DuraBasket sends your order to Veeqo, an Amazon company, which makes the shipping label and emails you the tracking number. Veeqo’s privacy notice covers what it does with it.
To reach DuraBasket, email info@durabasket.com. What an email contains stays in the DuraBasket mailbox.
Your data
To ask for a copy of your order data, or to have it deleted, email info@durabasket.com.
Amazon
DuraBasket also sells on Amazon. Amazon’s own privacy policy covers orders placed there.
